You can now create returns in bulk directly from a file, instead of submitting one return at a time. This update also brings a number of smaller improvements to the FBJ Inventory page.
What’s new:
– Bulk return creation. Follow four simple steps: select your shop, choose the country and warehouse, download the catalog template, and import your file. You can include hundreds of SKUs in a single submission. Because this moves stock out of the Jumia warehouse, you’ll be asked to confirm before the upload is processed.
– Choose the action first. Bulk Actions now separates Bulk Replenish and Bulk Return, so you pick what you want to do before selecting products , fewer mistakes, less back and forth.
– Track your progress as you go. While building an order, a live counter shows how many units and SKUs you’ve selected, including how close you are to the 1,000-unit return limit.
– Catch errors before you submit. If a quantity is missing or goes over the limit, it’s flagged right away — not after submission and you can fix it directly in the summary instead of starting over.
– Easier to track your uploads. Import History now has a Type filter, so you can separate “Send to Warehouse” tasks from “Return from warehouse” tasks at a glance.
– Return quantities: Quantities stay editable per SKU.
