What you need to do
Nothing unless you want to keep a listing that hasn’t been approved. To keep one, complete or correct it and submit it for quality check before it reaches 90 days.
Some of your current listings have already passed 90 days. We’ll begin removing these by end of July ,We will send you a reminder with the exact date closer to the time so keep an eye on your inbox.
In the meantime, we encourage you to review your catalog and take action on any unapproved listings before then.
This cleanup is now a regular part of keeping Jumia healthy and will continue on an ongoing basis. Questions? We’re here to help at this link.
