- Color information must be provided in the color tab.
- Material is mandatory for fashion items.
- Include the size chart for the item in the images.
Notes:
=>For items labeled “one size fits all,” include the fit of the SKU in kilograms in the description.
Example: Item fits from 45 kilos to 85 kilo
⇒Selfie images and personal images are not accepted.
=> Color may vary is applied only on underwear and socks bundles
Appliances

- Add Model number of the item in the name or model number tab.
- Barcode of the item to be added under the GTIN_Barcode tab
If the item does not have a barcode, please submit a raise a claim ticket with an example from the item package showing the absence of a barcode. We will then exclude the brand from the barcode before the creation process to prevent your items from being rejected.
- Lifespan must be added in the description
- Warranty of the product must be added in the warranty tab
=>If the item has no warranty , please write no warranty
=>International warranty to be added as no warranty” - Production country must be added
- Color of the item “ Not accepted to be color may vary”
- At least four images must be provided for the item, highlighting all its features.
Note:
=>For water heaters, please specify the gas type in the description or item name, indicating either [Natural Gas] or [Petroleum Gas].
=>For air conditioners , please specify in the description if it comes with a holder or not.

To proceed with approval for any of these items, you need to submit stamped Ministry of Health documentation for the items and upload it in this form
Here are the two scenarios for the MOH (Ministry of Health) papers:
=> Scenario 1: MOH Papers Available:
Seller have to send a stamped papers from ministry of health
=> Scenario 2: MOH Papers Not Available
The seller must sign the annex and send it to the office. Plus providing either the invoices for the items or a document with the MOH number, stamped with the company’s official stamp and upload them in this form
NOTE: If your items are rejected due to missing MOH papers and then you have submitted the needed documents in the form so you need to update your rejected items in the system to proceed with quality control again.

- For listing any well known brand the seller should sign a declaration for the authenticity of his items in the office (Brands example: Huda beauty , Loreal , Maybelline , Lancome)
- Size and shade of the item must be written in the name

Important Notes

- Only the color specified in the color tab should be shown in the item images; please do not include images of additional colors.
- The color of the item should be added in the color tab and included in the item name.
- The Variation tab is for sizes only.
- Changing the item image or description to different data is not allowed. You should create a new SKU for the new item instead.
- For bundle items , number of pieces should be mentioned in the name
- The lifespan of the product must be longer than the warranty period; it cannot be shorter.
- Sku of the item cannot be changed after approving the sku.
- We don’t sell fake or high copy products, you have to send proof of originality/ invoices that proves the authenticity of the product to [email protected]
