A new fast way of communication.

Here at Jumia, we do our best to improve how we communicate with our partners. Therefore, we created a new channel to contact the vendor support team via WhatsApp. It will provide quick support by responding to your inquiries that need speed assistance from us, such as problems related to new orders or a problem with the shipping of your orders.

– Please note that the best way to receive your claim that needs to verify some details or send files, such as returns and account statements, will still be to follow up through Raise a claim

How to follow up on WhatsApp:

  • WhatsApp phone number is (01099959995) or by clicking on this link.
  • We will be able to reply during our working hours (from 10 am to 7 pm), from Sunday to Thursday and if you contact us after the official working hours, we will reply to you after resuming to work.
  • You will be required to fill in some details about your account before the conversation begins so we can assist you quickly.

Important note:

  • Any message that is duplicated twice (sent on WhatsApp and a claim on Raise a claim) will not be considered.
  • The complaint must be sent on the appropriate channel according to the table mentioned above so that we can follow up and resolve the claim.
