How to become a Trusted seller

Success in JUMIA relies greatly on managing your product inventory. Your customer would not want to purchase out-of-stock products from your store.

  • Update your stock at least once a day to make sure your product stock on the Seller Center matches your actual stock.
  • The customer is satisfied when the products he orders are available.
  • Customer satisfaction will result in repurchasing from the same store, as he will guarantee product availability when ordering from you.

1-update your stock “One by One”

  • Navigate to the Products page and click on Manage Productchange your product stock .

2-update your stock “in bulk”

Step 1

  • Navigate to the Products page and click on add product – add multiple products.

Step 2

Export products the price will be updated:

  • Select the Type: Stock
  • Select the Action: Export
  • Click Next
  • Apply filters
    • Date: when the product was created
    • Country: Egypt
  • Click Export

Step 3:

Do the stock changes on the product you want to update.

Step 4:

Import the file:

  • Select the Type: Stock
  • Select the Action: Import
  • Click Next
  • Upload the file

Step 5:

Monitor the import in the Import History.

The Status can be:

  • Pending:
    • The file is not being processed yet.
  • In progress:
    • The file is being processed.
  • Completed:
    • All products in the file were successfully updated.
  • Failed:
    • One or more products failed to be updated. The error report is available in the Progress column
