To join JUMIA Express you will need to:

3- Schedule the delivery of your products (PO) to JUMIA warehouse

4- Prepare the PO for delivery by following JUMIA’s delivery instructions.

First: You must attend the JUMIA Express training, which you can book from here

Second: You can create a request (PO) to send your products to JUMIA Express warehouse by following the steps below

Next step is to follow your request status on JUMIA Express

Once you submit your request, our team will review it and approve based on the following points:

1 : Speed of orders: How frequent is the product purchased by customers.

2 : Return rate: Which means that if you receive a high number of returns for this product, this may affect the approved quantity for that specific product

3 : Seller rating: Approved product rating must be at least 2.5 to allow the seller to request a PO. Seller rating must be 4 or higher.

4: Sales rate: We also calculate the capacity for the products based on the space designated for each category at JUMIA warehouse.

Meanwhile, if you choose “send to warehouse” in the JUMIA Express section, you will find your order status as “Sent”

– You will receive an answer within 48 hours through the Seller Center with approval or rejection for the submitted request (PO) along with the approved quantity per SKU to be inbounded.

NB: Please note that the maximum number of unique items (SKU) in the order request (PO) should not exceed 50, and the total quantity to be inbounded per PO request should not exceed 500, and in the event that this is violated, the PO request will be canceled for not conforming to the conditions.
