 Product update – How to update GTIN barcode one by one?

Step 1 Click on products – Manage products from here– Edit.

Step 2 Click on Product Pricing – EAN/UPC/ISBN to add the GTIN Barcode and to finish the editing for the SKU.

 

 Product update – How to update GTIN barcode in bulk?

 

Step 1 To downland all your current SKUs from your seller center.

  1.  Seller Center – Click on Products here – Manage Products – Download the existing SKUs (category by category). 
  2. On seller center Products – Import Products.(you need to download the template for your product category) 
  3. Move your products (Seller SKU-GTIN barcode) only from the file to their category template file.

Step 2 EAN update and Template Upload:

    1. Add Seller SKU of the created SKU
    2. Add GTIN (EAN/UPC)  in ProductID
    3. Save the template as
      CSV UTF-8

Step 3:

  1. Open the Vendor account on Seller Center
  2. Click on Products
  3. Choose Import Products

Step 4:

  1. Click on Upload your File
  2. Choose from drop-down menu Update products
  3. Choose your File
  4. Click Upload File

Product creation – Where to add barcode at single product creation?

Step 1:

Connect to your online store account: Click on “Products” → “Add a Product

Step 2:

 Click on “Create a New Product”

Step 3:  

Choose the product category and subcategory then click “Select”

Step 4:

Fill the main information about your product in two tabs “Product information” and “More Product Details”. 

In the “Product Pricing” table, fill the

  • Seller SKU
  • GTIN (EAN/UPC/ISBN)
  • Quantity 
  • Price

Leave the “Variation” field/section empty if you do not have different sizes for the same product (For fashion products, it is necessary to fill this section).

If your product has different colors, you must add it as a new product (You cannot use variation for same model with different colors).

Product creation – Where to add barcode at bulk product creation?

Step 1: Click on Products → Import Products

Step 2:  Select the template for the product category you want to create. Then choose the “Exports” section and download the required template.

Step 3: Once you downloaded the template, start following the instructions in  Section 1 “Introduction”.

  •  Section 2 “Upload Template” is the template you wish to upload/download
  •  For each product you wish to create, please fill each column/section, as if you were filling in the data for the product creation manually (one by one) on the seller center.
  • Please note that in some sections of the form, you will be required to use the option provided in the dropdown menu as per example:

Make sure to fill in the mandatory information in different sections:

The barcode should be added in column “L” : Product ID
