What is the newsfeed feature?
This is a new feature where JUMIA brings you more and direct traffic to your store through promotional campaigns posted for you on JUMIA’s app.
What are the benefits of this feature?
Over 350,000 visitors weekly visit this page through the Jumia app, and they will be one click away from your store.
Through this feature, you will gain new followers, and your newly added products will be automatically marketed.
Where will the customer find this Newsfeed, and how will they reach your store?
Once the customer accesses the Jumia app and clicks on Newsfeed, they will select the type of campaign/products they wish to see from the upper tab (as shown in the screen shots below), once selected they will see your store’s promotional content and will be directed to your store on JUMIA.
How can you subscribe to this feature?
All you need to do is:
– Edit the design template here and add your offers and promotional message. Watch this video to know more about editing the design template.
– Once you are done editing the design, download it, and fill your store’s data then upload the final design to this form
– Your design will be reviewed and published on JUMIA’s app as soon as possible.
Tips to correctly edit your marketing material
- Make sure your product’s picture doesn’t contain any background when you attach it to the design. You can use this website to remove any white background from your products.
- Always write a clear and simple message.
Conditions for approving service registration
- Use the same font and color as the one used in the design template.
- The products you add must be live on the website.
- You must add a picture of the product in the specified area of the design and the message in the opposite side to make sure the design’s elements are in harmony.
